CleverCards, a company that specializes in digital employee rewards and recognition programs. CleverCards allows businesses to provide their employees with personalized, digital gift cards and rewards for various achievements or milestones. These digital rewards can be sent and received via a mobile app, making it a convenient way for companies to recognize and incentivize their employees.

Objective & Solution

The challenge was to create a new website that would be able to present the existing, main product as well as a completely new product with a different positioning. That website should also upgrade CleverCards’ visual design. We worked closely with the marketing and product team to define the positioning of each product during the website’s concept phase, which enabled us to design and build a brand-new, extensible website. We’re continuing to work with the CleverCards team to improve and develop the website even further since the initial launch.

The UX experts at Dinghy were already heavily involved in our product development and I wanted to leverage their approach for our new website as well: to take a deep dive and really understand a project, to ensure the best possible outcome.

We worked very closely together to define CleverCards’ new visual design, product positioning and they designed and built a lightning fast, extensible website which enables us to create marketing landing pages easily that still adhere to our brand guidelines.

    Detailed breakdown of the websites sitemap information hierarchy of individual pages. Allocation of all content types and specific themes and topics across site navigation

    Blueprint for each page which enables all teams to start work in parallel: UI design, copywriting, creating of visual content and web development all know what to do based these schematics.

    UI Styleguide

    Guidance on how to apply the new visual design to other digital products inside of Clevercards. These principles served as the foundation upon which all design decisions should be based.

    Clevercards achieved its "digital-only" vision with a modern, user-friendly, and cutting-edge website, ensuring a seamless digital experience for its audience

    Content management Solution

    Members of the team without technical expertise are able to easily create, manage, and publish digital content on the Clevercards website.
