Personas have long been a staple in UX design, offering teams a way to empathize with users and create more user-centered products. The goal has always been to represent the user base in a way that allows designers and developers to make decisions grounded in user needs and behaviors. But as Nosipho and I discuss in the video, personas are often too static, too shallow, and don't always reflect the complexity of real users.
